Is there a dress code?
We do not have a dress code.
Do you have a children’s menu?
Yes, we have a children’s menu.
Do you keep tables for walk-ins?
Yes, you can walk in without a reservation as we do have some tables that are available on a first-come first-serve basis. However, we always advise to book to avoid disappointment.
Can I book more than one table for the same party?
Multiple bookings for the same party will not be honoured.
Can you book the terrace?
We are unable to take reservations outside, tables are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Do you accommodate allergies?
All our dishes are prepared in our one main kitchen, where a variety of ingredients are used (including nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten). Although we follow the strictest hygiene practices to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any dish to be totally free from allergens. If you would like to know more about how our dishes are cooked or prepared, please talk to your waiter or a manager.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free options?
We have vegetarian and vegan options available. We can advise separately on gluten-free and nut free options.
Are any of your dishes Halal?
Our dishes are not Halal.
Do you have wheelchair access?
The restaurant building is accessible from the street to wheelchair users as well as our toilets located on the ground floor.
May I just come in for a drink?
Yes, we do have a bar licence and would welcome you for a drink or a coffee!
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, on the terrace and in the front room. Please let us know when booking if you are coming with a dog, our front room area is small and we will need to know in advance to avoid disappointment.
What is the closest tube station?
The closest tube station is St John’s Wood (Jubilee line).
What is the nearest car park?
The nearest car park is the Q-Park St John’s Wood located on Kingsmill Terrace.
Do you have a standard service charge?
Our standard discretionary service charge is 12.5% and this is automatically added to all bills.
Do waiters get the service charge?
All gratuities are managed by an independent professional third-party Troncmaster for The Wolseley Hospitalty Group and are distributed to the staff.
